Islamabad (Urdu point latest newspaper – 02 October 2019): The Islamabad High Court has expressed its unease at regularizing the Bani Gala only. According to the details, a petition was heard against the Capital Development Authority (CDA) operation in the Federal Housing Private Housing Society in Islamabad High Court. The hearing was heard by Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Athar Manullah and Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb.
During the hearing, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Athar Manullah expressed his disappointment at regularizing the Bani Gala. Chief Justice Athar Manullah asked a representative of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) whether you regularized the Bani Gala. To which the Representative Capital Development Authority (CDA) responded that a committee for the Bani Gala regularization had been formed.
On which only the statement of regularization of the Bani Gaala was expressed by the court. Chief Justice Athar Manullah said that if the Bani Gala were regularized then why not the rest? He said if the Bani Gala was not operating then why were the skulls dropped? Bani Gala is not poor, the rich live, which is why CDA is regularizing? Chief Justice Athar Manullah inquired why the CDA has not yet submitted the report in this regard. During the hearing, Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb asked that we ask the Chairman CDA in contempt of court. The court directed the chairman of the private housing society to freeze the accounts, submit a report to the CDA, and postpone further hearing of the case till October 22.
